As I am very interested in this mortgages related business so that I am very exited to have a look on this business , my friend jakson own this business and he offered me to work with him , though I am not free now a days but I shall love to see the whole setup , may be after my education I switch to this business so I need some training before starting this business , its really and awesome chance for me to have a look different ups and downs invloved in this business .
As the property dealing business is always the main interest of every individual , but now a days if you will Sell and rent back your home then its very good according to the financial point of view . If you have some resources and you have a chance to sell house fast with good rates then you should sell it fast because this kind of good deals never comes again and again ,and you should be serious about that issue .Although one do not want to sell his/her home because after passing a lot time in that home your heart never lets you sell it and somehow you develop love for your home , but you should not think like that , because there are a lot of homes where you can develop your interests but the main reason why you are doing this should be accomplished and that is the Revenue , if you can make some good revenue in a deal then go for the deal as this is the unexpected revenue which can be helpful for your financial status .
You can find a lot of resources about this property dealing on different sites , but alway be carefull before giving your personal information on such sites because some dealers in this section are famous for fraud and you can get negative results . The good choice is to search for some forums where you can check manually the reputation of the dealer and the site itself , and then you have the choice which one is to select and which one is to be dropped !

Sometime you might think that you are not making any profit but when you calculate your profit it comes up with a good figure . Its been years I have started investing in the housing schemes and I am engage with this mortgages from many years , now I have a personal experience that if you want to be a good property junk then you should that property which do not worth more and make your own prediction that how much it worth after 10-20 years , thats the best way to earn more with little investment. About 10 years ago I bought one house in Phase two Hayatabad peshawar for just 15 Lakh pakistani Rupees and now it worth more than about 15 Million PKR . Now just think what I have made in just 10 years . Along with this huge profit , I have also earned a lot of money by giving the home on rent and gettting the payments via easy monthly installments . So, the good idea is to buy a large land in some cheap areas but be sure about the location that after 20-30 years it will be a populated areas and you can make some profit there . But remember do insure your home as?you insure yourself?to yourself on safeside !

Perhaps its been years pakistan has started a pure mortgages scheme , the one which inpired me is the pyara Ghar scheme by MCH , though its a newly developed scheme but it has a lot of plus advantages like?you can renovate your existing home or you can buy you own brand?new home . The down payment is not that much and there is no that much interest and I?have decided to buy?one home with the MCB ‘Apna ghar?Pyara ghar’? Schema . Yesterday i talked with the MCB manager at Chashma Branch and I comes up with a good decesion this time which is yes I’ll buy home with this MCB scheme . You know well that how much property worth in pakistan and its really difficult to buy home with one time payment .?So, I am taking the chance to envision my?family . you know that the banking sector in pakistan has grown up cery much and as the competition is going tough we should expect some more good news .Piccis commertial Bank?is also giving a great scheme but in their eligibility criteria they demand age from 25 - 50 years and I am just 22 years old . So, there come the glitch with Piccic Commertial Bank. If they remove this glitch then I’ll surely move to?Piccic Commertial Bank?for my Mortgage Solutions.
Bank Al-falah is my next option , they do provide some pacefull Martgage solutions are they way they are dealling is superb , they have complete details on their web about the mortgages and other loan schemes but MCB simply lack this and they just have mentioned to contect their Bank mannager for more assistance , However their package is attractive though!

After completing my education i was badly looking to buy a home.But the problem was that i was not having enough money to get it by paying all the money at a time.I asked my friends but most of them refused to give me a loan and so i found them selfish.Although i was having the idea of bad credit loans but at first i was checking my friends, that how much they are sincere with me.Infact i was having a good trust over my friend sunny but when i asked him for money he said he can?t arrange at the moment and can do it later.
Although Sunny did n?t refused but i understood what he actually means too.The problem was that the home was under supervision of a property dealer and the dealer was asking for complete payment which was not possible for me.The idea of bad credit loans came in front of me and i decided to contact them.As i was going back to home, sunny called me on my cellular phone and said that he has arranged the money and i got happy.oday sunny is my best friend and i think i am lucky to have a friend like sunny.
