Don’t ever believe in only one property dealer , search for some other dealers and compare the prices . Sometime dealers seems to play with their clients , so be sarp while dealing .

• The worth of the property after some years , like you just predict that how much the property worth after some year , if its worthy property and you think in some way that there might be the growth in the property prices then go on for the deal .
• The Geographic location of the property .
• The distance of the property from the Nearest Main city .
• Daily use things availability in the Real Estate area
