I have done some listening to the resentful news affiliated to a reverse mortgage and the fact is that most people chat about the concept very wisftully, not many can help but guess about whether this is as a result of the age of the people involved. Refinancing firms have been swept underneath the rug and dismissed as a drossy cause of concern, yet the entire reverse mortgage industry is now fully regulated by the FSA..
The distinguishing features of the two? One is targeted at every one whilst the other is pointed to . This age specific targeting, I propound, has created the fuss. Targeting the plus 55s has the same images of helplessness that appears with with promoting fatty food to kids. What riles myself is that in almost every other industry or situation, mature householders are considered the wise ones of society.

Yesterday I talked to my Uncle who was an employee of Nestle International , a month ago . But Yesterday I came to know that He has resigned from his post and now he has stated his own Nestle Distribution . Although its very tedious work but I think this kind of business is good rather than doing for some company . In personal Business you do work for yourself and to work for the better future of your company while in doing job in some company , you don;t do work for yourself but you work for someone else , so why we should not work for ourself rather than wasting our time in doing work for someone else . I am really inspired from my uncle’s decession and I’ll surely join him after the completion of my education .
- Personal Business is more better than doing work for someone else .
- In personal Business you work for yourself while in job you work for someone else for salery .
For starting business you should have some Idea about the business , if you do job in some relevant business like the Mortgages business but for this you will have to update yourself according to the market and you will need mortgage guide to go smooth in that business, then its not difficult to run your own personal business . My uncle invested about 10 Million Rupee in Nido Product and hopefully he is soon launching the Milk pak at his distribution . I bought the building for him in Real estate area peshawar , actually this area is under hayatabad zone and its not that costly . All of the industrialist are there and you can have every kind of facility there . I am really happy that my uncle has provided me some base and I shall have not that much problem in starting on my personal business in this area . Although professionally I am an Engineer but I know that there is nothing in engineering , all the things grow with the marketing and thats my best choice to go with . I have plans that I shall do MBA from Nust after my Bachleor and hopeflly I shall catch this Distribution bussiness soon !

Well as you guys know that I love reading and writing financial issues , as I love to invest in real estate , mortgages and other finance related things , for this I believe in taking loan from some banks or other related programs , though this is a very interesting topic but most of the readers and attached peoples with these things are aged and sometime I feel shy because I am just 22 years old and I am providing the direction to the aged people . Well its not surprising at all , if you have some knowledge about something then you must have to spread the world that thing so that this thing flow in the minds and never reach its end , thats the way of successful nations and thats the reason why some people get lead within no time .
If you have some knowledge about something then you should find the way by which you can get benifits from that things you know , for this you need some grooming and ofcource some awereness to different ways of investment . Mortgages,Real esate and other finance related things are always attached with every category man , if you are a business man or you are an engineer , you have to buy some home to live there and for this you must be have some knowledge , so this is the thing which is attaced with every category man .Some guys know a lot about this feild but do not invest in that feild and just they concentrate to their job , I feel pity for those guys because they are rejecting the money which is in their hands , Like I know about real estate things and I have a chance to buy some good home in Real estate area islamabad , having no financial issue i just ignore it without any reason , that is the thing which we shoud not do , we should do a part time business along with our job and we chould not keep our money fixed in banks but we should circulate the money so that after having some circle it may get us benifits , like I buy some flat and after two years span I sell it for almost double price , thats the thing which I got within limited time and without doing any tough job . Some guys are really amazing and they have the guts to turn soil into gold . I am talking about the guys who are experts in this Mortgages & finance industry!

If you are a part of this mortgages industry then you might know the fact that in this mortgages industry everything is based on luck and somehow it also depends on the quality of your thinking , quality of thinking means that you should have an extra mile thinking regarding the mortgages. However, sometime that kind of guys who don’t have any experience in the Mortgages industry make a lot of profit but we should not limit our thinking level to only that but we should try our best to make some more deals .As I blogged about mortgages in my last post , in which I mentioned the different aspects of Mortgages.One think should be clear that while Dealing in Mortgages you have to keep in mind the importance of property , e.g you should know the prices of the property which are right now and from this you should have a mind for predicting the property rates after two or three years .
In my opinion the Real deal is one which involve the future growth , I mean to say if you want to be a Best Mortgage dealer then you should buy property keeping in mind its importance with respect to Future. If there are some community near some Plot but there is nothing along the plot then you should buy this plot as may be after two or three years you may sale out this land for double or triple rates , so thats the best way to increase your reputation in the market as well as you can save your investment. Saving investment in the sense that you can buy the non-costly land in some non-populated area but you just make a prediction that in future it is possible that people from the nearby city will move to this places and it may worth more at that time . I am a property dealer and I am monitoring a lot of property dealing sites and I hope that through blogging I shall spread the world,I am in contact with Boulder real estate agent and hopefully I shall find some good resource this time .

Perhaps its been years pakistan has started a pure mortgages scheme , the one which inpired me is the pyara Ghar scheme by MCH , though its a newly developed scheme but it has a lot of plus advantages like?you can renovate your existing home or you can buy you own brand?new home . The down payment is not that much and there is no that much interest and I?have decided to buy?one home with the MCB ‘Apna ghar?Pyara ghar’? Schema . Yesterday i talked with the MCB manager at Chashma Branch and I comes up with a good decesion this time which is yes I’ll buy home with this MCB scheme . You know well that how much property worth in pakistan and its really difficult to buy home with one time payment .?So, I am taking the chance to envision my?family . you know that the banking sector in pakistan has grown up cery much and as the competition is going tough we should expect some more good news .Piccis commertial Bank?is also giving a great scheme but in their eligibility criteria they demand age from 25 - 50 years and I am just 22 years old . So, there come the glitch with Piccic Commertial Bank. If they remove this glitch then I’ll surely move to?Piccic Commertial Bank?for my Mortgage Solutions.
Bank Al-falah is my next option , they do provide some pacefull Martgage solutions are they way they are dealling is superb , they have complete details on their web about the mortgages and other loan schemes but MCB simply lack this and they just have mentioned to contect their Bank mannager for more assistance , However their package is attractive though!

Well this is quite tedious to know that who is the 100?% Private Mortgage Insurance?Provider , but I have one good resource for you ,Up to my knowledge , the Genworth is providing right now 100 % Private Mortgage Insurance and I can’t say about future whether it will say on this level or not but according to my analysis , I can predict that it will surely go to 97% maximum soon . As, most of the Private Mortgage Insurance Provider are offering maximum of 96 - 97 % , so thats not hard for the? Genworth to fall their percentage .
If you want?to buy a home, be sure you are prepared to buy the home with at least 3% to 5% down. During the high prices, it made sense to pay?Mortgage insurance?. In a?depreciating market, that logic has changed.
